Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available.

Shipping times and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.

Shipping costs, available delivery methods, and other shipping information will be displayed at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Returns and exchanges are subject to the Auggie & Zo Return Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
